When to contact us instead of buying
Use this page if:
- Your project doesn’t fit any of our packages and you need a custom quote
- You have questions before purchasing that aren’t covered in the FAQs or pricing page
- You’re a journalist, partner, or vendor reaching out for non-project reasons
- You’re an existing client and need to reach your project lead (use their direct email or Slack first — this form is the slowest channel)
Don’t use this page if:
- You want to buy a package — check out directly, it’s faster
- You need urgent support on an active project — message your project lead directly
How we respond
- Email replies: within 4 business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Time
- Outside business hours: next morning ET
- Weekends and US holidays: Monday morning ET
