This Privacy Policy explains how Brigade Motion ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use brigademotion.com (the "Site") or purchase our services.

4. Who we share information with
We share information only with third parties who help us run the business, and only as needed:

- Order records: retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Marketing email lists: retained until you unsubscribe
- Project files and deliverables: retained for 12 months after project completion unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Contact form submissions: retained for 24 months
- Analytics data: anonymized after 12 months
You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent for processing where consent was the legal basis

For California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
For EU/UK residents (GDPR): The legal bases for our processing are: contract (to deliver our services), legitimate interest (to operate and improve the Site), legal obligation (tax, fraud prevention), and consent (for marketing). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International data transfers
We operate from LISBON, PORTUGAL, with team members and vendors in multiple countries including the United States. By using the Site or purchasing services, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in these countries. We use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers where required.

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
