Common questions about pricing
Why are prices the same for everyone?
Because they should be. Fixed scope = fixed price. We don’t negotiate rates based on who you are or how big your company is. The package costs what it costs.
What if I need more than the biggest package?
Buy the Strategy Call ($199), and we’ll scope your full engagement on that call. Whatever you paid is credited toward the larger project.
Do you offer discounts?
For multi-package bundles (e.g., Design Sprint + Production Mobile App), we discount 10% off the combined total. Bundles are quoted on the kickoff call.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our prices are inclusive of project management, kickoff calls, written briefs, and the revisions noted in each tier. Third-party costs you’d incur anyway — hosting, App Store fees, SaaS subscriptions, stock assets — are not included and are billed to your accounts directly, not through us.
Do you require a deposit, or is it pay-in-full?
Pay in full at checkout. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee protects you — if the first deliverable doesn’t meet the brief, you get a full refund.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Card or PayPal at checkout for everything up to $5,000. For packages above $5,000, we can issue an invoice with net-7 payment terms if requested. Email support@brigademotion.com after checking out.
